HubShopUSA Return & Cancellation Policy

Restocking Fee
All orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.*

Canceling an Order

If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel, since orders are sent immediately to ship.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. You will need to begin our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by emailing hubshopusa@gmail.com
If your order is not in stock and has not shipped, please email us at hubshopusa@gmail.com

Shipment Refusals

If you refuse a package, a $21 service fee plus any additional shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. This will also delay processing.
To return an item, shipments must first be accepted and then sent back through our standard RMA process.
For international orders, any duty, taxes, and fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund.

Address Change Request

If you request an address change after your order has been processed, we will work with the carrier to re-route your package if possible. If successful, a $21 address change fee plus any additional shipping charges will apply.
We encourage you to sign up for UPS My Choice®, a free service that allows you to manage delivery schedules and notifications.

Defective Items & Warranties

HubShopUSA does not directly offer warranty coverage. Most products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
We are not responsible for incidental costs such as labor, installation, towing, storage, or loss of time.
For defective or warranty issues, please email hubshopusa@gmail.com and we will assist you with the manufacturer’s process.

Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong product, email photos of the incorrect part and the part number on the packaging to hubshopusa@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for verifying the correct product before installation.
Installation or third-party costs (labor, prep, paint, etc.) are non-refundable.

Missing Parts

If your order is missing items, email photos of what you received along with the manufacturer’s packaging label to hubshopusa@gmail.com within 5 business days.
Do not install products with incomplete parts.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. HubShopUSA is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Missing packages marked “delivered” must be reported to hubshopusa@gmail.com within 24 hours. A police report may be required before an investigation is opened with the carrier.
Carriers require up to 3 business days to process missing package claims.

Returns

All returns require an RMA number from HubShopUSA. Contact hubshopusa@gmail.com with your order details.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Opened, installed, or used products are non-returnable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Clearance or discontinued items
Scratch & dent items
Apparel
Mounted tires/wheels
Custom or special-order products
Electronics (programmers, calibrators, etc.)
Gift cards

Gift Cards

HubShopUSA Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards is not the responsibility of HubShopUSA.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for approved returns that meet all conditions.
Refunds are applied to the original form of payment within 10 business days after inspection.
International orders: any duty, taxes, and fees will be deducted from refunds.
Shipping costs are not refunded.

Best bang for the buck to date, by far

I've tried lots and lots of oscillator blades. These are some of the best I've used... But bang for the buck they blow the others out of the water. Like all the others, just stay away from screws and nails

Great clean cut blades

These are excellent for wood / sheetrock cutting. The flared end makes it easy to get close to edges without the tool getting in the way. The teeth are aggressive so cutting through wood is a breeze.They do not however do well with nails but they sail through clean wood. Despite the less than optimal nail performance these are still my go-to blades for simple jobs. If I know I'm cutting out old trim or something that might have nails then I'll opt for something else but this is on my tool 98% of the time.

Oscillating tool blades

Fits well and so far stays sharp and cuts well. I use this tool and blades a lot on a variety of omaterials

Surprisingly clean cut

The Japanese tooth design of these blades caught my eye so I purchased a few to try out. After testing them in some scrap poplar that was left over from a cabinet door build I'm very impressed with the quality of the cut. Both rip and crosscut were almost as smooth as what I get on the table saw. The teeth are very sharp, they cut fast, and there was no noticeable tear out on either side. These blades produce a lot of very fine dust so you'll want to have a dust collector running somewhere near you cut if you can. I haven't used them enough to determine how long they'll last, but I'm very impressed with the quality of the cut.I'm using a DeWalt DCS356 20 Volt Max Oscillating Tool with the quick blade change feature, and these fit perfectly.These will be a permanent addition to my selection of blades.

These worked out great

I had been trying to decide whether I should buy the long one or the shorter one. I wanted to cut a piece out of a 2x4 wood. I ended up choosing the long ones that can cut metal and wood. These turned out great! I have a Dremel brand oscillating saw and it was easy to install and use. It felt very secure and did not fall off. These look and feel high quality.

Great for getting through wood, but be careful of nails.

Worked great for getting through wood. Since these are specifically designed for wood they cut cleaner, don't leave burn marks and are faster then your all purpose blades. I would highly recommend getting material specific blades and stop relying on your multi purpose blades so much. Do be careful if you have nails in the wood. Nails will destroy these blades.

Cut great!

I did a quick comparison with these against a Hercules wood/plastic blade in my oscillating tool from Porter cable. There’s not even a comparison. These cut WAY FASTER to a degree that almost makes this my new favorite tool. I never felt like my oscillating tool cut well at all and basically used it as a sander primarily but I’ve now figured out that the other blades I had were the problem. I’m glad I got these because they cut great and will make a big difference with some future projects I have

Works great when cutting off palm tree branches.

So far so good. I have used these mainly to cut palm tree branches. It does cut very well and it was a good deal as well. I will update review if I use it for anything else and if it works better or worse than expected. I do recommend it at this point for cutting anything wood related.
