HubShopUSA Shipping & Handling Policy

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states on orders over $199.

  • Simply select the free shipping option at checkout.

  • Excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes (APO/FPO), and oversized/freight items (e.g., large engines, bulky goods, etc.).


Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Most “In Stock” orders placed before 12 PM PST / 3 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.

  • Orders requiring additional verification (such as billing/shipping mismatches or security checks) may require extra processing time.

  • “On Order” or “Out of Stock” items will ship according to the estimated ship date on the product page (dates are estimates only and subject to change).


Transit Times

  • Delivery speed depends on the shipping carrier and service level chosen.

  • Expedited shipping is guaranteed on In Stock products only.

  • Shipping cutoffs: 11 AM PST / 2 PM EST for expedited and standard shipping.

  • Drop-shipped or backordered items will ship as soon as available.

  • Carriers count business days only (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Typical UPS transit times:

  • UPS Next Day Air – 1 Business Day

  • UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 Business Days

  • UPS 3-Day Service – 3 Business Days

  • UPS Ground – 3–5 Business Days


APO / PO Box Shipments

We currently do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses. We hope to offer this option again in the future.


Billing & Shipping Addresses

  • If shipping to an address different from your billing address, your order may require additional verification, which can cause delays.

  • Please allow extra time for processing when using alternate addresses.


Apartments / Multi-Unit Housing

  • If shipping to apartments, condos, or townhomes, please note that delivery is at your own risk.

  • HubShopUSA is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service team immediately.

  • Keep all packaging, boxes, and materials. Do not discard them.

  • Please provide photos of the packaging and damaged items.

  • All claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Failure to document damages properly may void the claim.


LTL Freight Shipments (Large Items)

  • You will receive an email with photos of your freight shipment before delivery.

  • Inspect all packages at the time of delivery and compare with provided images.

  • If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.

  • If the driver won’t allow inspection, write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the Bill of Lading and have the driver sign.

  • Do not refuse delivery—accept the shipment, document the issue, and contact us.

  • Missed or rescheduled delivery appointments may incur additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
